Hunting.

We've found a space that's so wonderful, dilapidated ( therefore affordable) and possible for artists studios (and other ideas we have ......very exciting).

We could make that place look and feel so good.............but the lease, location and condition of the building probably make it too much of a time consuming, costly risk.......

..............Well.....maybe...........we've got to do some sums (well Kevin does......I don't do counting) and lots of thinking......

............and probably more hunting.
