grouchy day

am going to have to start going to bed at a proper time. the combination of late nights, night-wandering carpet biter 2 whose bladder is still causing him some confusion in the wee small hours, and the old man going off to work in a grinchy mood, set me off on a nag-fest. berated the carpet biters for quite a long time about various minor transgressions and was only partly cheered up by exhausting self and them in the swirly whirly bit of the swimming pool (i reckon carpet biter 1 did about 30 times round and carpet biter 2 about 40).

hooray for pals for tea bearing m&s chocolate biscuits

am now waiting up for the final episode of green wing....a sad day indeed....
