Crocuses

Only managed a quick dash around the block today as time was short. These purple crocuses were pushing their way through last year's leaves and formed a small carpet on a grass verge.

Perhaps I'll manage a longer walk tomorrow though the weather forecast is for rain all day and I'll have to do some research on the book club book for tomorrow's meeting. I'm part of two book groups and unfortunately the February meetings are on the same night. As I'm talking about the book, I have to choose the longer-standing one this time.

Good news today was that Friday night's Quiz raised almost £400 for the parents' association.
