Chard

Always finding new ways to use swiss chard. Made a lovely meal this evening:

Shaved fennel salad and added some orange segments

Pasta with swiss chard, ricotta and walnuts. I also added some homemade breadcrumbs (nothing difficult, but got the recipe from the Tartine cookbook). Adding breadcrumbs really takes a dish to the next level!

Scrumptious meal!

L from work always says I should open up a B&B - I think she may be onto something!
