Mr Guo Li

Had a lovely letter from a gentleman in Hong Kong. He has told me about a distant relative I have not heard about who has died (Albert Ellis). I can, with his help get access to $8.4 million held in a bank account. But I must act fast before the Chinese authorities take the money. Mr Li has the key to these funds. Obviously I must keep this very confidential between myself and Mr Li because he is in fear of the Chinese authorities and the consequences on him and his family.
