Men at work

The rainy weather continues ... but I finally managed to get a shot for this month's Aberdeen blip challenge today :-) After making a quick visit to Aberdeen City Council's current HQ at St. Nicholas House I noticed these workmen returning to their task of converting Marischal College into the new City Council HQ ... I like the way the entrance on Marshall MacKenzie's Broadgait frontage frames what is currently a muddy track in the quadrangle. Lots of construction stuff about and smoke rising from machines here and there all very atmospheric ... looking forward to seeing what its like when its all finished !
