Reading material

Last day off today. House to myself. Put an hour in at the gym. Tidied the kitchen. Made some Portuguese-style custard tarts. Read a little.

Then off to my mum's to pick up the kids - what a welcome I got! I missed them lots, but nice to have a little space for a couple of days - makes me appreciate them that little bit more!

We stayed for dinner then came back at bedtime. It's been a lovely time off.
