Hide Away Folk Family

At the bottom of a steep, narrow lane leading from Lewes High Street to the station. These railings outside a large Victorian house are clearly just the right distance from Cafe Nero to complete a latte en route to the train. Was this one person over a series of days or had it attracted others?

I like the match of the blue corporate colour and the blue of the railings. The spikes and the modern-design throw-away become a small work of art.

Saturating the colour a little and sharpening also heightens the intensity of the image, and gives a nice roughness to the texture of the stone work and the distressed paint.
