Ancient and Modern

Heading back up the same lane in Lewes as yesterday after watching the local team win third game in a row, came across this sign for local company.

The simplicity and vibrancy of modern lettering set against the organic patina of the flint wall beneath was quite striking.

Light was fading so needed to enhance image slightly but this looks to me more like the sight I saw than the initial photo.

Like the fact that like my last two blips this was a one shot deal.
