"Le Cerf" 2* Michelin Guide restaurant.

Today was another great day at work. Targets surpassed and the Boss very happy.

Second visit to the restaurant "Le Cerf" in Cossonay in my lunch break. A very privileged view behind the scenes of the going on's in the kitchen. Careful preparation of the dishes before they go out to the waiting customers, prepared of course, by the "Grand Chef" himself, Carlo Crisci.


To be perfectly honest, I wanted to do better, however, this is all I managed to "pull out of my hat". Pretty sure I can do better, when and if I get another chance. It was a great challenge, under the circumstances.
