Not the best photograph I'm afraid but this is what you get if you order a tea or coffee. It does change all the time but I like to give a few different things. Here we have the coconut fudge, shortbread biscuit, mini cupcake with lemon icing, iced crunchy biscuit and rose flavoured macaroon. Sometimes I make florentines or brownies or anything that tickles my fancy really.

Next week I'm going to try an Algerian almond cake/biscuit of which the name has just escaped me. But the sister of an Algerian friend of mine makes them and they have orange blossom water in them, they are delicious and very pretty so I will have a go next week.
