Secure in the Waiting

I always have a back-up instrument available on Sunday morning. This particular guitar is hardly ever is called upon to actually perform. It almost always is asked to be ready just in case of an emergency. It very rarely gets a chance to do what it was created to do, yet it comes prepared to serve every time I bring it.

There's a message there... there's a deeper, meaning then what's on the surface. There's a spiritual quality to being ready to serve at any time, to being prepared when called upon, and being secure in the waiting.
