Three's Company

Spent the day at the alpaca ranch - great day to be outdoors.

Came home and made a fantastic meal - had a vegan split pea soup all ready in the crock pot, and had a mediterranean eggplant and barley salad to go with it. It was super tasty.

Tomorrow is President's day and Jer has the day off - and unfortunately I don't :(
