Filling up with Vitamin D

After days of fog & snow at last the sun has come out. At 8:00 a.m. this morning there was 40°C temperature difference between the sitting room & outside. Very cold & I didn't let the chickens out of their (heated at night) coup until 10:00 a.m.. However rather cold, sunny & firm than cool, foggy & muddy.
