What is 7 Days Chinese Buffet?

Off to pleasance again for a bit of exercise - bit more resistance on the machines tonight and I can feel it now!

Wandering from my office to my doom it caught my eye that Jimmy Chung's is a 7 days chinese buffet. Got me wondering if the food in there is matured 7 days before being served.
