I spy lime!

The worst thing about making cheesecake? It's not whipping the cream or mixing the cheese & juice. It's not breaking up the digestive biscuit - that's kind of fun! It's not whipping the cream. It's not zesting the lime. It's not even juicing the lime. It's the chilling it. The waiting part!

Today's been a nice wee day :]

Had a hairdresser's app. in town which was loooovely! It was nice to have someone who wasn't constantly exclaiming "Oh wow, your hair really is curly!" and who from the off seemed to know what to do with the curls! I had a conditioning treatment done before the cut, including a head & neck massage...which, after 2 weeks of near constant coughing, felt SO SO good! The cut itself is nothing dramatic, but it had been a while since I'd had my hair cut so it's definitely looking a lot more healthy now! The truth will be when I wash my hair & dry it curly!

Had a wee bit of time with the family before they head back to Wales and did some food shopping to make the most of the car!

After a little bit of uni work this evening was spent making THE lime cheesecake :]

Oh - & the sun wass out!! It's been beautiful!
