Banoffee Pie

Great lunch over the water with P&D, and friends. Was hoping to get some bridge pics on the way back, but it was pouring by the time the bridge appeared and I really couldn't be bothered getting wet.

I have a reputation for scoffing all the brie at P&D's after polishing off a whole one a few years ago. I haven't managed to repeat the feat, but happy to give it a try anytime the smelly stuff comes out.
