Welcome to my blips from Iceland!

I'm a 54 year old woman living in a small town in Eyjafjörður.  It's called Akureyri, population 19.812, and it's a lovely place to visit. 

I'm married to Daníel Freyr and I'm a mother of two grown boys men (33 and 28). Dagur lives in Oslo, Norway.  He is a computer scientist and programmer, working for the global learning platform company Kahoot! 
Kári finished his master's degree in physics at LMU in München, Germany and is working on his doctorate at Háskóli Íslands/University of Iceland. 

I'm a preschool-teacher in Iðavöllur.  In Iceland we have preschools for children aged 1-6 years old.

I first started blipping on August 1st 2011, over 13 years ago, but I've been a very sporadic Blipper for some time now.  Always thinking about Blipfoto and I love this community, but find it difficult to keep up posting daily.
