Canadian born, brought up in England, living in Scotland (Argyll). My first camera was a Kodak box brownie almost 50 years ago and I've been taking photos, on and off, ever since.

Love my wildlife photography but will take a picture of just about anything (which will no doubt become apparent as the blips increase in number).

Most of my photos are taken whilst on the dog walk within 2 miles of the house. My first goal is to achieve 365 consecutive days of wildlife/nature photographs - after that, who knows!

I have also started another journal for old photos, imaginatively named, joffsarchive

UPDATE: 11 Jan 2022 - achieved my 365 goal! Very happy but also glad it is over. Probably will have a little break but will return when I have images I think are worth posting.

Can also find me on Instagram @jonsimonsphotography (where I'm trying to catch up from the blip 365!)
Or Facebook as jonsimonsphotography (original huh!) or even Flickr.
