A lady of leisure since retiring in August 2010.
I completed 50 different types of bird in my first 50 days on Blipfoto and got to 150 by the end of the 2nd year. As far as possible my blips are wildlife related, both urban and countryside. I live in a village on the outskirts of Sheffield so have the best of several worlds - the city and its wonderful urban art and surprising wildlife, the (often underrated) countryside of South Yorkshire, and the wild and dramatic landscapes North Eastern Dark Peak
2013 on Blip has been complete if a little messy largely due to moving house in the middle of it. I'm thinking of focussing on water in 2014, my One River project (please join me if you wish!), and the landscapes and wildlife of the many reservoirs in this part of the world.
