New toy........

My new lens arrived today, much quicker than I'd expected. There was, of course, only one thing to do and that was go out and test drive it!

I actually wanted to test-macro some sort of bug but I simply couldn't find one.........not even a dead fly on a window sill! I guess that says something about my housekeeping!!!! This isn't the best shot but I have to say the feel of the lens is really great......now I've just got to get used to it.

And we still have another week (almost) until we have to go back to work..........lots of test opps :) Yee-ha!
