I am a diarist and like taking photographs, so what better way to combine these two disciplines and become a blipper.

My life thus far has consisted of playing guitars, playing in bands, working in music, a career in finance, retiring early, running marathons, spending time on our croft in the Outer Hebrides, long French holidays and watching football.

My journal will be a repository of my thoughts and observations with the occasional musical theme, however, I am aware the key to failure is trying to please everybody.
