Bridge

This is from near the top of the bridge at Schierstein. Had to be a quick shot as there were people coming up from the other side (not Dead People - that's just silly) and I didn't want them to spoil the lines.

More signs of spring today - cafes down at the Hafen were open and busy (the air was filled with the lovely smell of oft-fried vegetable oil) and we saw a Kingfisher (German name Eisvögel), although it was more a streak of iridescent blue across the water than a positive "Oh yes that's Keith, that is". The sun was shining and if you kept out of the northerly wind it was really rather warm again.

Hope it stays warm for tomorrow - there's a possible daytrip in the offing.
