This was as good as my day got.

It all went downhill from here.

I came off second best.

Now I just have to put my head down and push on.

18 months to go.

I won't let them force me to quit.

Staying will be unpleasant for me.

It will be a damn sight more unpleasant for them.

I am here to reach a goal.

When it is achieved I will take myself and my skills elsewhere.
