Exposed

Oh dear, another dreadfully lazy day. Where the time went I just don't know, but it passed somehow.

The day was dull, and got a little damp at one stage. All in all, though, it was fine enough for me to spend some time around St Anne's Park again. After the recent spookiness, today's overcast conditions helped continue the same feeling, though perhaps not with quite such spooky results.

We discussed options for our intended trip to Scandinavia tonight and did some preliminary checks into flights and so on. It's a first step towards planning an itinerary, which right now would involve flying to Oslo, spending a few days in Norway and then moving on to Helsinki and St Petersburg, returning home from Helsinki at the end. For travel between Helsinki and St Petersburg we're thinking of going by train in one direction and by boat in the other. All this would happen in the second half of June.
