Lovely Lilac

Today's honoree is the lilac bloom. I think they have the most marvelous scent. It's a wonderful springtime awakening. I consider the lilac the quintessential old fashion flower. They don't bloom long though , so I thought it would be a good candidate for blip Plus I was in a bit of a hurry and it helps to have blip material at your doorstep :D

This evening was gardening time too. We finally got started on the veggie garden. The potatoes are in the ground.. hoorah.. I had forgotten how much work veggies are sometimes. I'm just about tired and I only worked a couple of hours or so in the garden. I have got to work on my garden stamina..
