Stumped

At first I saw a frog "fossil" near the bottom of this dead old stump. But when I looked at it again, I saw a monkey.

Once I saw the monkey, I had a hard time seeing the frog again. It was like one of those black and white optical illusion things.

The smoke from the wildfire that caused yesterday's sunrise, just about obliterated the site of the Santa Rita Mountains from my backyard this morning.

I went out to water my yard plants at 5 am and I could taste the smoke in the air.
