The Big Picture

But what's the story? Is it urban art, or an expression of love? Did they meet in Berlin and now they are getting married. Or is he or she from Berlin and the other one is thanking their partner's home town for raising their boyfriend/girlfriend. A mystery. All I know is that it was pasted across a couple of advertising images on a big billboard close to college. Perhaps it's a student project - a bit of Guerilla Art 3.0. Hadn't noticed it in the new prospectus, but then it wouldn't be advertised in the usual way, would it?
