Another really hot and humid day - high of 95 - but it's hard to complain - it's great to have the sun after all the rain and accompanying grey cloudy days we had this Spring! We're supposed to have a front move in late tomorrow, bringing the possibility of showers and thunder storms, then it's going to stall out for a couple of days, but by Sunday, it will clear out, leaving us with really nice weather - clear skies and sunshine with temperatures in the low 80s and low humidity, at least for a few days! So I went to the (air-conditioned) gym for my exercise today, and did grocery shopping on the way back, otherwise I stayed in the cool of the air-conditioning!
Today's blip shows my latest prayer shawl - a different design this time. Most of the shawls our knitting ministry makes, tend to be more suitable for ladies - we like knitting with pretty colors (!) -  but we also sometimes give prayer shawls to guys. So this is a lap blanket, and knitted in a more masculine color.
