Walk the plank

Today was Campbell's last day of primary school. End of an era and all that.

As part of the end of term fun the pupils and teachers laid on a talent show. We were treated to comedy and song, dance and instrumentals, magic and mayhem.

Campbell and his pal have been working all week to choreograph a sword fight routine based on every pirate movie they've ever seen. Fierce armed combat, impressive swashbuckling moves, stunt rolls, costumes (it was essential that he had to have a moustache on the last day!) audience participation, characterisation, humour, and all to music from Pirates of the Caribbean.

A fitting close to a superb seven years at a fantastic wee school. Although I do think throwing him overboard was a bit much.
