*Hummingbird in Flight!

After almost a week of cool and rainy weather, the sun came out this afternoon. It was great weather for a walk in the Arboretum, so that's where Bob, Gulliver, and I headed after church. Perfect weather for blipping resulted in a dilemma...I wasn't sure which one to share with you. Finally I decided on this hummingbird zipping from one colorful flower to another. I couldn't believe I had captured him in mid-flight , so he gets blip honors for today. It is a male hummingbird, but the ruby throat doesn't show in this light.
