They must be Bonkers!

The common red soldier beetle, (Rhagonycha fulva) can often be seen coupling on the heads of hogweed. This has earned them the nickname of 'Hogweed Bonking Beetle'.

Late afternoon, the clouds finally dissipated letting some blue sky and sunshine become visible. Could this be the first sign of summer? Or the last!
