Bargain fishcakes

Sorry, another food blip....

Today, I was in need of a quick and easy dinner for me and Clix.
After all, he had a night out and I had a night in with Toots and Pip and therefore something easy was what I was looking for.

And there, today,. in the bargain aisle were fishcakes from Saucy Fish !!.

They were reduced and they were salmon and hollandaise and they were absolutely delicious. Not sure I have captured the essence of hollandaise mainly because Clix needed to eat.....

Promising something more interesting tomorrow.....
