Wednesday walk

"Definitely the best day of the week" M and I agreed during today's splendid walk from Allendale. It was a very varied route and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful views from high on the moors. The heather is fully out and very beautiful.

I took the little compact with me today. I used the panorama mode. It continues to amaze me because you hold down the shutter button and sweep the camera from left to right. I like this image because you can see B, one of the walkers, at the left of the image, then most of the walkers in the distance, followed by a distorted view of the moors.
