It was a satisfyingly productive and rewarding day in terms of work, with a job being wound up and going to print and a nicely-sized invoice being sent out.

FInalising all this involved spending some time in town, and I took a notion on the way back to stop off at the local "drive-in" vegetable shop and stock up with some healthy foodstuffs. My walk back from there took me past the entrance to Beaumont Hospital, which for some reason acted like a magnet and sucked me in for a bit of a walking detour. There's a rather nice grassy area with some fine trees on it which runs alongside the entrance road. It's a popular spot with dog walkers, and with regular walkers too. I've blipped it before, but felt today there was nothing to be lost by blipping it again from a different angle.

Floating on a cloud of euphoria after the satisfactory work outcome, the rest of the day went swimmingly, finishing with a DVD session consisting of the hugely enjoyable Paul. A great finish to a good day.
