Citrus ginger chicken

Not the best of shots, but all I got today. I got up fairly early this morning and made fresh muffins for breakfast before we all went to third service. In the afternoon, Roger, Jen, Laura and I went biking on the Shaker Trace trail at Miami Whitewater, then we went on up to Oxford to Laura's apartment, to take her and her roommate our old TV from our basement. In the evening I fixed citrus ginger chicken with couscous and green beans, which was very well received.
