Mida Creek

Snorkling in the morning, fantastic. Got stung by a Jelly Fish but only a tiny one, it was bright blue. Saw Charlie Boorman out on the reef wandering about, very strange, pretty much made G's life.
In the late afternoon we made our way to Mida Creek Ecocamp. Walking down the track to it in after the manic blast of Watamu and people trying to get you to go in tuctuc's and on their matatu (and passing bags through matatu windows and G climbing through matatu windows) was so calming.
Its a wonderful place, if you're ever in Kenya check it out! We camped for 400ksh each (including hiring a tent each) and they feed you great food and its beautiful and authentic and i think genuinely helps the community there which is great.
