Messing about on the river

Bank holiday and a chance to have a bit of a lie in and read in bed. Walked into town along the river this afternoon with husband and son number one. I had to get a few little bits for my trip this week and son number one was in search of new jeans. I managed to find my stuff but no luck on the jeans.

There were quite a few boats pootling around on the river. This was one of the prettier ones.

Had a family viewing of the new version of 'True Grit'. Still not sure of a word Jeff Bridges said but thought it was a good film.
