Dew on Lavatera

I can't resist sitting on a stool, in the garden....around 8am...with my coffee, and the camera! the sun was just beginning to add lots of sparkly bits to the flowers, green shots on the peapods and the tomato stems! I don't get to linger there too long cos the dreaded blackfly are still hungry! they were supposed to head off around the end of July.....but due to the extremely wet and warm weather of the past few weeks, they still munch on me!

It's another delightful day at Big Hill....after a day at the market yesterday, things are a bit slower....apart from cleaning a cabin, and unpacking pots to put back on the shelves in the showroom....a pretty laid back day really! Not to shabby at all!
