Perfect Day!

This has been one of those perfect days.....sunny, hot and cloudless! Spent some time on the back porch, coffee and book in hand....sun on my face. A lovely visit and chat with everyone on the porch.....then spent a little bit of time dealing with my tomato plants....lots of work still to be done, but i'm optimistic that there will be luscious ripe tomatoes ..... soon!

then i took myself off to the beach at Englishtown, absolutely stunning! Loads of cars waiting in line to get across on the ferry...and i just strolled on by them all and walked on.....the beach was deserted, which was a surprise given that it was so beautiful and the long weekend here! i guess all those cars in line were heading off to do the Cabot Trail on such an amazing day!

And then a massage.....not totally the laid back and drift off into lala land type of massage....my body sometimes needs a bit of a work over because of the abuse i throw at it.....Martine is good but she's also somewhat ruthless....there were a few moans of pain from me! but it feels so good when she stops!!
