Big Waves.....

at Little River Beach! What a day!!!

The weather forcast was for cloudy, with possible occasional showers....NOT!!!! we had this stunning blue sky with some white puffies.....the kind you know won't rain on you! So off we all went to the beach! The water was warmer than the last time we were at this beach, beginning of August....it was absolutely perfect! the waves were huge and Max had a blast being toppled by them over and over and over again! I ventured in and had a great time being swamped and knocked over .... it was a bit unnerving cos the ground out about 15' from shore was very uneven, so one minute you were standing in water up to your waist, next step....woosh...water over the head! A bit scary - but intoxicating too!

We headed off for a lovely lunch at the Clucking Hen not far from this beach! Now it's almost dinner time, and maybe a movie.....Richard and I got a great pile of movies at Value Village...3 for $2.00....I think it might be Freda this evening! I've seen this one before, but it is very compelling....about the life of Freda Kahlo !



I have put this image on the critique forum page in the groups section, looking for advise re how to get better exposure, especially for the waves.....any suggestions folks ? thanks a lot !
