Obvious really

freya has gone back to school today, year one ! exactly a year ago today my baby began reception class, today she starts her second year, so much has changed in our lives in a year, we have a dog, we have a new baby , I have a grey hair or two.

Freya has changed in a year, grown up lots, but today she sobbed and sobbed when it was time to go to class, Her school has now moved to a new building that she isnt very familiar with, she has a new teacher, new teaching assistants, some new classmates and the cloakroom was hectic and noisy which sent her into a panic, she is the very youngest in her class, only a few weeks older than some of the reception children and today it showed , I felt so bad for her, she is so small and little- child like compared to some of her classmates, and long may that continue ! but oh i wanted to grab her hand and say lets go home .
