The fence with the hacket earring...

I love these wee rituals that us humans develop for ourselves. I'm guessing this earring was found on the pavement and someone maybe decided the owner might come back to look for it and so put it up on the fence in a more prominent head height position.

I would say that the chances are slim, but the practice has been blipumented to work.
