A very fine book this - Jams and Chutneys: Preserving the Harvest by Thane Price - . It's getting to that time of year when I start making chutneys. I have also promised myself that this year I will tackle rowan berry jelly and try some chilli jam. Whether this actually happens remains to be seen....
