Dumfries follows Boris

I was in Dumfries today, talking chronic pain at Dumfries & Galloway Infirmary and blipped the Dumfries Bike Scheme. What really tickled me was that each bike is individually named ... you can see Tawney, Ted, Terry and Tom!
