Garden Deconstruction...

And yet another sign of the fading summer and oncoming winter.....i know, how many signs do i need before i accept this reality......

- snow flurries yesterday....yikes, that was very scary!
- the wood stove is on in the house
- the winter duvet is on the bed
- wood stove is on in the studio
- root vegetables being harvested
- and decaging my darling little tomato plants!

But the good news is we have a wonderful wwoofer, Karen from Estonia, and she is doing so much work in the garden.....and doing the nasty deed of yanking up my tomato plants.....who knew i could get so attached...just because i grew them from seed....you'd think i actually gave birth to them!

Anyway, got some teapots made in the studio, Max and Randy are here for thanksgiving weekend, and we don't have to host a get together this year...yeah.....on saturday we're off to Terrys Sisters place about an hour away....lots of good food i'm sure!
