SPOTTED IN A STREET IN OSLO # 25 Walk on by

I've been visiting this motif many time, but waiting for the best shot to come along. I liked this one since it's not only people passing by, but for me it looks like the beggar is holding the chain to the dog.

The stensil is made by the french artist C215.
