Not a Sailor in Sight...

..On the Sailors Path walk from Snape to Aldeburgh today. That's Mr H, that you can see.

It was a great walk, though, through some magnificent birch woods. Smellyvision would be good here, so as you could get a whiff of the autumnal woods including the smell of the coconut fragrance of the gorse. We saw a few fly agaric toadstools along the way, they were very colourful.

I was on my last legs as I staggered into Aldeburgh. Mr H had a tight grip of my hand and was giving me a tow... We had a wee sit down and a cuppa at a cafe near the bus stop to wait for the bus back. That's the trouble with non circular routes.....the getting back.
