Macaroni Cheese

Another busy day today with an 1800 hours appointment at Addenbrookes so we did not get home until after 2000 hours. I decided early on today that I would blip whatever we were having for tea as I knew there would be no time anywhere else in the day.

This is our version of macaroni cheese; we have ours with vegetables mixed with the pasta and cheese sauce, which gives us our five-a-day. Mine uses gluten free ingredients as well as cheese and on this occasion it contained six of our five-a-day.

Sunny again today, but with rain this afternoon and evening.
