Raptor Alert

I stayed at a hotel in Surbiton last night. This morning when I opened the curtains this falcon (?) was outside the window.

I guess the hotel has a problem with pigeons. Since the falcon does not seem to move very much I think the other birds have wised up. Maybe birds are not as bird brained as they are reputed to be!

Weather in the South of England was quite a contrast to Aberdeen. In fact today could almost have passed for September, considering the month we had.

Uploading this photo was an ordeal. Last night I put the camera on GMT, but I must have inadvertently changed the date as well. What a hassle I had, it kept getting rejected. I believe the date is now correct in the camera. Hope so!
